Incorporated in 1907 and developed heavily in the 1920s, the homes are large and of historical significance. You’ll find yourself surrounded by tree-lined streets and single-family homes that range in size with well-maintained landscaping. There is a strong sense of community here, evident not only by the way homes are maintained but also by the many events held and the gatherings that take place. The city of Piedmont hosts events year-round, such as a holiday tree lighting, Arbor Day celebration, Fourth of July parade, and Harvest Festival.
